Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office team - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Coordinate and assist with various projects as assigned - Proofread documents for errors and inconsistencies - Manage office files and ensure proper organization and storage - Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department - Maintain computer literacy to effectively use office software and systems - Enter orders into the system accurately and in a timely manner
Experience:
- Proficient in data entry tasks with attention to detail - Strong organizational skills to coordinate projects and manage files - Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy of documents - Familiarity with office operations, including phone systems and file management - Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Note:
