A dental front office coordinator oversees the daily office operations at a dental practice.
This individual is crucial in enhancing the smooth running of a professional dental office.
Who you are:
- Motivated individual who enjoys a fast-paced environment -Friendly personality that seeks to provide the best patient experience possible -Detail oriented with excellent organizational/communication skills -Administrative and computer skills for dental software
Responsibilities:
- Manage the front office operations and ensure smooth daily operations - Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle patient inquiries - Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information - Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow - Oversee inventory management of office supplies and equipment Advanced Skills:
- Proficient in front desk operations and customer service - Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures - Experience with dental receptionist duties is a plus - Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft, - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Note:
