Market Growth - Help expand our reach in the HVACR industry.
- Aid in growing our customer base and making our brand known.
- Use social media and related tools to increase brand awareness.
- Work with management on campaigns and use social media to connect with potential customers.
2.
Sales and Customer Outreach - Make calls to find potential customers.
- Establish contact(s) via social media to find potential customers.
- Use CRM to keep track of prospect/customer interactions.
- Follow up on potential leads to increase sales opportunities.
- Contribute to the company's revenue growth by meeting set targets.
3.
Business Growth, Prospecting - Work with managers on strategies for future growth.
- Qualify leads and spot new opportunities in the refrigerant industry.
- Keep up to date with industry news to spot potential business opportunities.
4.
Customer Service - Give excellent customer service to our customers.
- Handle customer questions and issues, and make sure they're satisfied.
- Be a point of contact for customer feedback.
Requirements - Comfortable with tech, marketing, and social media.
- Some experience in sales and generating leads.
- Good at building relationships with customers.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, like ZoHo, is a plus.
- A strong focus on customer service.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is nice to have.
- Travel is required.
