As an Operations Specialist with Securely, you will work closely with our team to assist and serve a select group of high value clients that will have a direct impact on the success of Securely.
This candidate will assist our clients with all requests, which can include daily inquiries, technical troubleshooting, complaints and training.
Proactive calls to check in on our portfolio of clients will be required.
You must be able to quickly and professionally diagnose issues in remote locations and work with our clients to resolve those issues.
You must be able to set up, configure and test account configurations and equipment for our clients.

Qualifications Qualified candidates must possess a mixture of technical and analytical skills.
You must be able to work well independently and as part of a team.

Ability to Multitask - Provide good customer service to make sure each Agent feels like they're the only customer that matters.
Time Management - Must be able to prioritize and use time efficiently based on the importance level of the issue at hand.
Requirements:

years of experience in similar role Experience explaining technical information to a non-technical customer Experience with tracking communication within a CRM Ability to communicate effectively and emphatically Comfortable with video conferencing Proficient and professional communication skills both verbal and written Functional knowledge with Microsoft applications and CRM High School diploma or Bachelor's degree (preferred) (relevant job experience considered) Ability to pass a background check Valid driver's license and auto insurance Compensation-Benefits This is a part-time contract-to-hire position.
In the future this candidate will be considered for full-time and a W-2, full benefits position working from our office in Aledo, Texas.
